REFUND POLICY

  1. To receive ANY refund, you must cancel with more than 24-hour notice.

    • You may cancel by using the link provided to you with your appointment confirmation in your texts or emails from us about your appointment. In every communication from us you will receive a link that allows you to cancel your appointment. A phone call or email is not considered a cancellation. Please do NOT call or email us to cancel your appointment.

    • Refunds will be issued automatically if you cancel with adequate notice using the link provided and will reflect on your bank statement within a few business days depending on your card issuer. There is no need to contact the clinic if you cancelled with notice using the link. Some card issuers have a slight delay in posting refunds; please be patient if your card issuer takes longer to post your refund to your account.

    • You MUST contact testresults@on-sitemedservices.com to request a credit for future services for your account if you intend to cancel with less than 24-hour notice of your appointment. This credit may be used for any service at any of our clinics and includes home-visit testing. We do not provide refunds if you cancel without notice. Your credit cannot be converted to a refund to your payment method or as cash. Your credit expires one (1) year after it is issued as timestamped on your email communication with us. Your credit cannot be granted to other individuals. We will never provide a refund if you cancel without proper notice regardless of the circumstances or reasons.

    • The 24-hour cancellation policy applies to same-day bookings or bookings where you would not have the ability to cancel with 24-hour notice.

  2. There is no refund for services that have been performed regardless of if you received an invalid or positive result. We provide one (1) complimentary rerun of an invalid if it is a PCR. We do not rerun antigen tests because there is no ability to do this.

  3. We work diligently to make sure you receive your test results promptly; however, if unexpected issues arise, you may receive a partial refund if your results are later than the initially quoted time at the time of service (as outlined below):

    • If results are later than the quoted time by 2 hours or more, you are eligible for a 50% refund.

      Example: You were quoted 3 hours but received your results in 5 hours you would be eligible for a 50% refund.

    • If results are later than the quoted time by 3 hours or more, you are eligible for a full refund.

      Example: You were quoted 3 hours but received your results in 7 hours you would be eligible for a full refund.

  4. You will not receive a refund if you selected the wrong test, tested too early, missed your flight, or your flight was canceled. We will not refund you if your travel destination arbitrarily rejects your test results. We guarantee the authenticity of our results not that your travel destination will accept the results. We do not guarantee the acceptance of test results by the country of Barbados.

  5. You will not receive a refund if you purchased a test while waiting on test results and your results arrived before obtaining testing services with us. We will still provide services even if you have test results from another facility.

  6. This refund policy does not apply if results are delayed due to forces of nature including earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, landslides, floods, and other such events as well as war, political unrest, terrorist attacks, labor strikes, or other events impacting the distribution of the sample to the laboratory.

  7. To request a manual refund due to a scheduling error, such as double booking, and not because you seek to cancel with less than 24-hour notice, you may contact the clinic by phone or by emailing testresults@on-sitemedservices.com, please provide the following:

    • First and last name

    • Location and date of appointment

    • Date of birth
